I’d love to connect.
Wherever you are on the path, you’re welcome to reach out. Let’s find a time to talk and listen for whether this is right.
Get a taste of what our sessions would be like. Write me a note — as much or as little as you like — and we’ll find a time for a relaxed 45-minute video call.
I read every note myself, and I’ll reply personally so we can find a time that works.
The things worth knowing before you reach out.
A relaxed 45-minute video call. We talk about where you are, what is bringing you here, and what you are hoping for — and we listen together for whether this work fits the threshold you are in. You will get a real taste of how I listen and reflect.
No. Some people arrive in the middle of an ending. Others have already made their leap and are building what comes next. Others simply feel a pull toward more clarity, depth, or momentum — and want structure and honest company for it. The exploration call works the same in every case: we start with where you actually are.
The first chapter is priced as a single package — one commitment for the whole chapter, rather than per session. I share the exact pricing on the exploration call, once we have both had a chance to feel whether this is a fit. There is no expectation that you decide anything during the call.
The work usually starts with a first chapter of ten one-on-one sessions, committed to as one whole. We usually begin weekly, then let the rhythm open up as the work deepens. Between sessions there are practices, experiments, and honest accountability — including voice-note access to me as things arise. When the chapter ends, we pause and reflect together on whether continuing serves you. Sessions are held online, worldwide.
No. This is coaching and mentoring — not a substitute for clinical care. I do not diagnose or treat, and this work is not a replacement for your therapist, your faith, or your own discernment.
Yes. What you share with me stays between us.
I will reply personally and we will find a time to talk. There is no obligation in reaching out — the call should help you hear something more clearly, whether or not we work together.
